Periwinkle

This one of a kind scarf is 100% silk and has been sun dyed with maple leaves, cedar, false spirea, sumac, oak leaves and mung beans.  If you look closely you will see that insects have chewed the sumac and maple leaves making for interesting and unique patterns on the silk. It is approximately 10 inches by 72 inches in size and dyed in blue.  Very unique colour which I can best describe as periwinkle.  It is durable, washable and can be ironed using a hot steam iron if it becomes necessary. The dyes are completely permanent; this scarf will not shrink, fade or lose its beauty over time. Jewelry displayed with scarf is only a suggestion and is purchased seperately.
